Two schools in East Delhi received bomb threats on Wednesday, prompting heightened security measures. Lovely Public School in Laxmi Nagar was among the targets, while Ahlcon International School in Mayur Vihar received a similar threat via email.

Authorities were immediately informed, and local police, along with bomb disposal squads, rushed to the sites to ensure the safety of students and staff. Classes were temporarily suspended as precautionary measures, and both schools were thoroughly checked.

Police have launched investigations to trace the source of the threats and are examining the emails and other communication to determine if the threats are credible.
