The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has set up 16 help desks in various different Assembly constituencies in ERO Offices of Hyderabad district, with an in-charge official tasked to share information and redress grievances about the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) being carried out by the Election Commission of India.
The personnel manning the desks will help the voters/citizens to know about Dos and Don’ts of SIR process, according to information shared by the GHMC. The help desk officials will help voters in filling enumeration form, Electoral Registration Officers, Assistant Electoral Registration Officers and Booth Level Officer details. A help desk will operate from the Commissioner’s office in the GHMC headquarters on Tank Bund.
